对日本护理系女生性感染疾病教育效果的研究

目的:通过对日本护理系女生性感染疾病(STD)知识水平与实际性行为的相关性研究,从一个侧面估价当前日本STD教育的成效。方法:在经过伦理委员会批准、志愿参加者知情同意的前提下,从2005年9月～2006年1月以日本山梨大学等护理系1～4年级246名女生为研究对象。采用:①STD相关知识及实际性行为的自编问卷调查。②志愿者自行采取阴道分泌物涂片。③对所得分泌物标本,用PCR方法在实验室做衣原体检查。结果:①了解STD知识水平随着年级的晋升而明显提高(r=0.369、P<0.01)。②实际性行为与了解STD知识水平无关。③经过性行为后,对可能感染STD的不安和主动去医疗机构做STD检查的行为随着STD知识水平的提高而呈有意义的增加(r=0.264,P<0.01;r=0.382,P<0.01)。结论:①尽管了解STD的知识水平随着学年级的晋升而提高,但实际性行为并未得到明显改善,仍呈低龄化、多样化,这说明实际性行为是一种与生物--心理--社会因素有关的复杂行为。②性行为后对可能感染STD的不安和主动做STD检查,随着STD知识水平的提高而增加,说明STD教育有一定成效,如果选择适当时机、适当方法,同时再有心理、社会等因素协同参与成效会更好。

Effect of health education about sexually transmitted disease on the nursing girls in Japan

Objective:To observe the correlation between knowledge level of sexually transmitted disease (STD) and actual sexual behavior,evaluate the effect of health education about sexually transmitted disease.Methods:From September 2005 to January 2006,1 246 nursing faculty girls graded from 1 to 4 in Shanli University were selected,then their knowledge level of STD and actual sexual behavior were investigated by self-designed questionnaire,vaginal fluids were detected by PCR for chlamydia.Results:①The higher level of the grades,the more knowledge level of STD the girls grasped (r=0.369,P<0.01).②There was no correlation between the STD knowledge level and the actual sexual behaviour.③After the sexual intercourse,the percentage of girls who were worried about STD and asked for STD examination increased with the improvement of knowledge level of STD (r=0.364,P<0.01;r=0.382,P<0.01).Conclusion:①The actual sexual behaviour isn't improved and the incidence indicates lowering ages and multiplicity.The actual sexual behaviour,which is related to biological-psychological-social factor,is a complicated behaviour.②The health education of STD is effective to some extent.The collaboration of appropriate opportunity,appropriate methods,psychological and social factors may get good effects.
