VEGF及nm23在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义

目的:探讨VEGF及nm23在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对40例卵巢子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组织、35例在位内膜及30例正常内膜组织中VEGF和nm23的表达情况进行检测。结果:VEGF在异位内膜中的表达率达82.5%,显著高于在位内膜(62.8%)及正常内膜(36.67%);且两两相比较差异均有统计学意义;nm23在异位内膜中的表达率为42.5%,表达强度显著低于在位内膜(77.14%)及正常内膜(93.33%);异位内膜与在位内膜相比差异有统计学意义;VEGF与nm23在异位内膜中的表达无相关(γ=-0.136,P>0.05)。结论:VEGF与nm23在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起重要作用。

The expression levels and clinical significance of VEGF and nm23 in endometriosis

Objective:To explore the roles of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and non-metastasis 23 (nm23) in the genesis and development of endometriosis.Methods:The expression levels of VEGF and nm23 in ectopic endometrium of 40 patients with ovarian endometriosis,eutopic endometrium of 35 patients with ovarian endometriosis and normal endometrium of 30 healthy women were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression level of VEGF in ectopic endometrium was 82.5%,which was significantly higher than those in eutopic endometrium (62.8%) and normal endometrium (36.67%),there was significant difference between each other.The expression level of nm23 in ectopic endometrium was 42.5%,which was lower than those in eutopic endometrium (77.14%) and normal endometrium (93.33%),there was significant difference between ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium.There was no correlation between VEGF and nm23 in ectopic endometrium (γ=-0.136,P>0.05).Conclusion:VEGF and nm23 play important roles in the genesis and development of endometriosis.
