摘    要:目的 建立饮用水中铝的流动注射分析测定法.方法 在六亚甲基四胺缓冲溶液(pH=6.0)中,以邻菲啰啉和抗坏血酸为掩蔽剂,使铝离子与铬天青S反应生成络合物,在550 nm波长下进行流动注射分析.结果 在5~200μg/L范围内,该方法所得线性方程为:y=2.05×10~5x-1.47×10~4,其相关系数为0.999 3,检出限为2.0μg/L,平均回收率在92.2%~108.0%之间,RSD在2.5%~8.2%之间.结论 该方法简单、快捷、准确,适用于饮用水中铝含量的测定.
Abstract:
Objective To establish a method for the determination of aluminium in drinking water by flow injection analysis instrument.Methods In a hexamine buffer solution(pH=6.0),phenanthroline solution and ascorbic acid as the anti-interference agent,aluminium could react with chrolnazurol S solution and form a compound,of which maximum absorption was at 550 nm.Results The linear range for this method was 5-200μg/L.11le correlation coefficient was 0.999 3,the detection limit of this method was 2.0 μg/L,the recovery rates were in the range of 92.2%-108%and RSD were in the range of 2.5%-8.2%.Conclusion The flow injection method is simple,rapid,accurate and is applicable to the determination of aluminium in drinking water.
