子宫内膜癌中FUT1、FUT4、LeY寡糖抗原的表达及意义

目的:研究LeY、FUT1、FUT4在正常子宫内膜、异常增生子宫内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白一过氧化酶连接(SP)法,检测子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜不典型增生、单纯与复杂增生及正常增值期内膜LeY、FUT1、FUT4的表达。结果:FUT1、FUT4、LeY在正常子宫内膜不表达,在单纯与复杂增生型子宫内膜、不典型增生子宫内膜、子宫内膜腺癌中过表达,主要表达于子宫内膜腺上皮的细胞膜和(或)胞浆;LeY寡糖抗原在子宫内膜腺癌中过表达,并与组织学分级有关,与临床手术病理分期无关。结论:FUT1、FUT4、LeY在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中可能起重要的作用,可能参与了子宫内膜癌的早期病变。

Expression and significance of FUT1, FUT4 and LeY in endometrial carcinoma

Objective:To study the expression and significance of FUT1,FUT4 and LeY in normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression levels of LeY,FUT1 and FUT4 in adenocarcinoma of endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia and normal endometrium during proliferative phase were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:FUT1,FUT4 and LeY didnt express in normal endometrium,and overexpressed in simple hyperplasia,complex hyperplasia,adenocarcinoma of endometrium and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium,which were located in cytomembrane and/or cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells.Overexpression of LeY in endometrial carcinoma was related to histological grades,not clinical surgical-pathological staging.Conclusion:FUT1,FUT4 and LeY play an important role in oncogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma,which may participate in early lesions of endometrial carcinoma.
