| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨通管冲剂治疗衣原体感染所致输卵管性不孕的疗效。方法:选择2006年7月～2008年3月因衣原体感染导致输卵管性不孕就诊于山东中医药大学第二附属医院生殖中心的患者167例。随机分为两组,其中85例作为观察组,给予阿奇霉素+通管冲剂(成药)治疗;另外82例作为对照组,给予阿奇霉素+中药灌肠方治疗,对比其疗效。结果:两组患者临床妊娠率、流产率与宫外孕发生率无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药通管冲剂治疗衣原体感染所致输卵管性不孕疗效显著。

Exploration on effect of Tongguan dissolvent on tubal infertility induced by chlamydia infection |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tongguan dissolvent on tubal infertility induced by chlamydia infection.Methods:167 patients with tubal infertility induced by chlamydia infection from July 2006 to March 2008 were divided into two groups stochastically: study group (85 patients) was treated by Azithromycin and Tongguan dissolvent,control group (82 patients) was treated by Azithromycin and enema by Chinese medicine,the clinical efficacies were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and incidence of ectopic pregnancy between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Tongguan dissolvent is obvious in treatment of tubal infertility induced by chlamydia infection. |
