| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了蛋白组学对人体疾病研究的意义。采用双向聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、激光捕获显微切割、质谱技术等研究方法。结合数据库和分析软件对实验结果的分析,探索在蛋白质水平上的作用模式、功能机理、调节、调控,以及蛋白质群组内相互作用。为各种全身疾病的早期诊断,进展监测,新靶点的确定提供了重要依据。
