丹参注射液对大鼠酒精性肝损伤血清TNF值的影响

目的:通过观察丹参注射液对大鼠酒精性肝损伤血清TNF(肿瘤坏死因子)值的变化,验证其对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的防治作用,并探讨其对防治酒精性肝损伤的机理,为临床用药提供依据.方法:SD大鼠30只,分为对照组、模型组(白酒灌胃)和治疗组(白酒灌胃2周后同时腹腔注射丹参注射液).10周后放免法检测血清TNF的变化.结果:模型组与对照组TNF值比较有显著性差异(P《0.01);治疗组与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P《0.01),与对照组比较无显著性差异(P《0.05).结论:丹参注射液可以通过降低血清TNF的含量从而有效地防治大鼠的酒精性肝损伤.

The Effect of Radix Salvia Mitorrhiac Injection on the Blood Serum TNF of Alcoholic Liver Injury Rat

Objective: To observe the effect of Radix Salvia Mitorrhiac Injection on blood serum TNF, and as well as test its pharmacological effect and functional mechanism, and provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment of alcoholic liver injury.Methods: 30 SD rats were divided into three groups at random, the control group, model group (the stomach filled with white spirits), the treatment group(injected with Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection in abdominal cavity after two weeks filling the stomach white spirits). After ten weeks, the rats' blood serum TNF was determined and analysed by ANOVA(analysis of variance).Results: The data between the model groups and the control group had significant difference statistically( P <0 01). While the amount of TNF in the treatment group rats' blood serum, compared with that of model group, there was significant difference statistically( P <0 01) and there was no significant difference statistically( P <0 05) between control group and treatment group. Conclusion: Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiac Injection can reduce the amount of TNF in blood serum, then prevent rat's alcoholic liver injury.
