高专护生临床实习的心理调查与应对措施

目的：调查高专护生临床实习期间影响心理状态的相关因素。方法：采用问卷调查法，对中山大学护理学院99级大专护生的职业选择。面对患无理指责。实习期心理体会。应试成绩不理想等4个方面进行调查。结果：70％的护生自行选择护理专业，22％的护生对患无理指责不能及时调整和平衡情绪，约73％的护生感到实习紧张、压抑和疲劳，65％的护生没有总结考试失利原因。结论：教学要适应护生的心理发展，优化教学氛围，发挥护生的主现能动作用。

Psychological investigation about college nursing student in clinical pactising stage

Objective:To investigate affective factors about psychological mood of clinical practising nurse students.Method:Inquiry method had been taken for investigation over profession choice,how to face patients' misunderstanding,psychological experience,poor test marks and so on.Result:70% of nurse students take nursing as profession by their own wish,22% failed to control their mood stably,73% feel tension,tired,depressed,65% failed to learn from failure.Conclusion:Nursing teching should adapt to psychological development enconrage student to do their best.
