摘    要:本文建立了血浆中杀虫双及沙蚕毒素的GC-FPD测定方法。检测限(沙蚕毒素)为0.5ng。血浆中加入杀虫双和沙蚕毒素,回收率均在90%以上。兔静脉注射杀虫双30秒后,血浆中即可检出沙蚕毒素。杀虫双和沙蚕毒素在兔体内代谢动力学按二室拟合,求出各参数值。经口灌胃试验,血浆中未检出杀虫双和沙蚕毒素。

Abstract:A specific and sensitive method of analysis for Shachongshuang (1) and Nereistoxin(Ⅱ)in plasma by GC-FFD was established. The detection limit of(Ⅱ) was 0.5ng. The recoveries of(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)from plasma were more than 90%. When(Ⅰ)was administered by iv., (Ⅱ)might be detected after 30″. The toxicokinetics of(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)in rabbits fitted the open two compartment model. After iv. injection of 2mg/kg of(Ⅰ)the toxicokinetic parameters of(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ)were as follows respectively: α=0.683, 0.748min~(-1).;β=0.077, 0.052min~(-1).; t1/2α=1.01,0.93min.; t1/2β=9. 02, 13.41min.; K_(10)=0.243, 0.216min~(-1).; K_(12)=0.301, 0.405min~(-1).; K_(21)=0.216, 0.179min~(-1).; Vc=112.20, 210.00ml/kg; Vd=353.97, 874.50ml/kg; Auc=73.37, 18.47μg min. ml~(-1) Cl=27.26,45.36ml kg~(-1). min~(-1). The toxicokinetic characteristics remained unchanged when the dose was doubled. There was no(Ⅰ)and(Ⅱ) in plasma sample after intragastric adiministration.
