| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用导航技术行微创手术治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析56例脑胶质瘤病例。应用导航系统进行精确定位,在实时导航监测下行显微手术切除肿瘤。结果肿瘤全切除49例(87.5%),次全切除或大部切除7例(12.5%)。结论采用微创技术切除脑胶质瘤,能够最大限度地减少手术副损伤,降低手术并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutical effect of neuronavigation keyhole surgery in combination for gliomas.Methods Sixteen patients with gliomas were analyzed retrospectively.Tumor was exactly located by GE 350 neuronavigation system and resected using microsurgical techniques.Results Glioma was totally removed in 49 cases（87.5%）,subtotally or partially in 7（12.5%） cases.Conclusion The application of minimally invasive technique could dramatically decrease surgical complication of glioma. |
