摘    要:目的 探讨低强度脉冲超声波(LIPUS)对体外培养人退变腰椎间盘细胞的作用.方法 体外培养人退变髓核细胞,台盼蓝染色法测定活细胞率.将每份髓核细胞样本分为对照组和LIPUS组.应用LIPUS每天作用20 min,作用后第0、2、4、8天,采用免疫组化法测定Ⅱ型胶原水平,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测聚集蛋白聚糖(aggrecan)水平.结果 体外培养人退变髓核细胞的活细胞率为90%~95%.LIPUS干预后第2、4、8天,LIPUS组Ⅱ型胶原的合成和aggrecan含量均较相应时间点对照组显著增加(P<0.05).结论 LIPUS能够通过促进人退变髓核细胞合成Ⅱ型胶原和蛋白多糖防治椎间盘退变.
