微型腹腔镜治疗小儿鞘状突未闭十年回顾

目的 探讨应用微型腹腔镜治疗小儿鞘状突未闭(含小儿斜疝和鞘膜积液)的临床价值.方法 10年来本院应用腹腔镜治疗小儿斜疝3 798例,鞘膜积液702例,对术中术后的并发症和复发原因进行分析.结果 微型腹腔镜手术方法复发率低,并发症少,手术时间短,损伤小,恢复快,手术当天麻醉清醒后可离床活动和进食,无瘢痕.结论 微型腹腔镜手术方法安全可靠,较之传统小儿斜疝手术方法有较多优点,值得推广应用.

Micro-laparoscopic hernioplasty in treatment of vestige of vaginal process in infants and children

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the micro-laparoscopic hernioplasty in treatment of vestige of vaginal process(including hernia and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis)in infants and children.Methods We analysis 3798 cases inguinal hernia and 702 cases hyarocele of tonica vaginalis treated with miero-laparoscopic hernioplasty in infants and children during 1997-2007 retrospectively.Results The micro-laparoscopic hernioplasty has the advantages of lower recurrence rate,less complications.shorter operative period,minor damage,speedier recovery and no post-operative scar compared to the traditional method.Conclusions Micro-laparoscopic hernioplasty is a safe and reliable method in infants and children and have many advantages compared to the traditional one,It is worthy to be populated.
