复方莶草合剂对兔动脉粥样硬化内皮细胞形态学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨复方莶草合剂抗动脉粥样硬化内皮细胞损伤的作用。方法将日本大耳白兔随机分为正常组、模型组、复方莶草合剂高剂量组、复方莶草合剂低剂量组及卡托普利组,每组各10只。除正常组外,其余动物采用高脂饲料加免疫损伤的方法,制作动脉粥样硬化内皮细胞损伤模型。观察用药后各组腹主动脉大体形态、组织学及内皮细胞的变化。结果从大体形态、组织学、扫描电镜三方面显示内皮细胞损伤均有一定的改善,治疗组效果明显高于对照组,组织学方面以高剂量组效果最好,扫描电镜方面以低剂量组效果最佳。结论复方莶草合剂通过保护内皮细胞完整性和抗内皮细胞损伤而有一定的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of this mixture on anti-endothelial cell injuries.Method Japan rabbits were divided normal group,model group,high-dosage group of "Compound Herba Sigegesbeckiae Mixture",low-dosage group of "Compound Herba Sigegesbeckiae Mixturea"and Captopril group at random;every group is 10 respectively.Besides normal group,other animals were adopted method of high-fat adding immunologic injury,made as the atherosclerotic endothelial cell injury model.Watching each group of abdomens aorta changing from roughly shape,histology and the endothelial cell after the medicine.Results From roughly the shape,histology,scanning electricity mirror three aspects,it shows that the endothelial cell injury has been improved,the treatment group effect obviously is higher than the comparison group,the histology aspect is good by the high-dosage group,the scanning electricity mirror aspect is best by the low-dosage group.Conclusion The effect of Compound Herba Sigegesbeckiae Mixture on anti-endothelial cell injury by protection endothelial cell integrity and anti-endothelial cell injuries.
