对一步夹心法轮状病毒单克隆抗体酶标试剂盒的评价

以一步夹心法轮状病毒单克隆抗体酶标试剂盒及聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对253份粪样进行检测,结果显示试剂盒敏感度和特异度分别为96.36％和96.28％;阳性预示值和阴性预示值分别为98.15％和92.45％;试剂盒批内和批间变异系数分别为4.65％和8.06％。表明本试剂盒敏感性和特异性均好,且较稳定,适用于临床快速诊断。

Appraise on the Anti-rotavirus Monoclone Antibody ELISA Kit

Two hundred and fifty three stool samples were detected by anti-rotavirus monoclone antibody ELISA kit (one step method)and polyacrylamide electrophoresis.The result showed that the seasitivity and specificity of the kit were 96.36% and 96.28% respectively; the positive and negative predictive value were 98.15%and 92.45% respectively; and the coefficient of variation (CV)within and between run were 4.65% and 8.06% respectively.It demonstrated that the sensitivity,specificity and stability of the kit were excellent and the kit was suitable for clinical rapid diagnosis.
