高校教师职业倦怠现状调查及对策

摘    要:目的了解高校教师职业倦怠的状况。方法采用国际通用的Maslach倦怠量表(MBI-KS)对522名在职教师进行调查。结果分别有43.5%、45.9%和26.5%的高校教师,存在一定程度的情绪衰竭、低成就感和去个性化;女性高校教师在情绪衰竭方面要显著高于男性高校教师;大学以下学历教师的低成就感水平要高于本科和本科以上学历的教师;36-40岁年龄段的高校教师情绪衰竭要高于其它年龄组教师。结论在预防和矫治职业倦怠时,应重点关注女性教师、中青年教师和低学历教师,个人、学校和社会应共同努力预防和缓解高校教师职业倦怠。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate burnout status of University teachers. Methods 522 Jilin University teachers were assessed by MBI-HSS Results 43. 5%, 45.9% and 26.50% teachers got high or moderate scores on Emotional Exhaustion, Personal Accomplishment and Depersonalization. Female teachers got high score on Emotion Exhaustion than male teachers. Compared with teachers with higher level education, teachers with lower level education got lower scores on Personal Accomplishment. Compared with teachers of other years old, teachers of 36-40 years old got high or moderate scores on Emotional Exhaustion. Conclusions Some University teachers are found to experience burnout. To prevent or cure burnout, more attention should be paid to female, Middle-aged and young teachers and teachers with lower level education. University teachers, university and society should make effort to prevent and cure burnout of university teachers.
