包皮过长组织中触觉小体观察

目的:探讨包皮过长组织中的触觉小体发育规律。方法:用免疫组化染色对123例3～59岁患者的包皮过长标本中的触觉小体进行研究,观察和统计每个标本中的触觉小体的密度,并对包皮中触觉小体密度与年龄相关性进行统计学分析。结果:在单纯包皮过长组织中,触觉小体密度从婴幼儿期逐渐增加,15岁包皮中触觉小体密度达到最高,25岁以后开始下降。统计分析证明男子包皮中的触觉小体的密度与年龄之间呈负相关并具有统计学意义,r=-0.223,P=0.013。结论:包皮过长组织中触觉小体的发育与性成熟过程同步,其密度于15岁达到高峰,25岁以后触觉小体密度逐渐减少。包皮中触觉小体在男子性功能中极可能发挥重要作用。

Observations of Meissner''''s corpuscle in redundant prepuce tissue

Objective:To investigate the developmental regularity of Meissner's corpuscles in redundant prepuces.Methods: Meissner's corpuscle was detected with immunohistochemical stain in 123 specimens of redundant prepuces aged 3～59 years. The total number of Meissner's corpuscles and visual fields in each specimen under an optical microscope were collected and analyzed with statistic software in order to verify the relationship between the densities of Meissner's corpuscle and the age.Results:The densities of Meissner's corpuscle gradually increased from infancy, reached the peak at the 15 year-old and began to decline gradually after 25 year-old. A negative relationship between densities of Meissner's corpuscles in redundant prepuce with age was revealed with statistical significance (r=-0.223, P= 0.013). Conclusion:The development process of Meissner's corpuscles in prepuce develops synchronically with the physical sex maturation and reaches the peak at 15 year-old, while the number of Meissner's corpuscle in males after the 25 year-old also synchronically decline with the decay of male sexual function. Meissner's corpuscles in prepuce might play an important role in male sexual function.
