| 摘 要： | 用国产羟基磷灰石层析柱分别提纯含抗恙虫立克次体单克隆抗体 Kp3(IgG_1)及 Kp4(IgM)的小鼠腹水,回收率较用蛋白 A 琼脂糖层析或 DEAE-纤维素离子交换层析为高。且抗体活性稳定.

| Abstract: | Ascites of BALB/c mice containing monoclonal antibodies Kp3 (IgG_1)and Kp4(IgM) against Rickettsia tsutsugamushi were purified respectively by using China-made hydroxyla- patite chromatography.The rate of reclamation of this method was higher than that obtained by chromatography on protein A-sepharose and ion exchange chromatography on DEAE cel- lulose.The antibody activities of the purified monoclonal antibodies were stable.This method can be used to purify both IgG and IgM. |
