摘    要:目的 探讨实时复合成像技术在外周血管病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 对150例颈动脉、下肢血管分别应用实时复合成像技术与常规超声进行对比检查。结果 与传统声像图比较,血管腔内的混响伪像明显减少,提高动脉前壁软斑及内膜中层(IMT)的显示率,容易显示血管壁微小斑块并与内膜钙化鉴别,钙化斑块显示更完整并缩小了后方声影的范围,可直接显示闭塞小动脉管壁、斑块及血栓,对静脉血栓和管腔内混响干扰容易鉴别。结论 实时复合成像技术抑制了声像图的混响伪像,能完整地显示各种粥样硬化斑块或血栓,缩小后方声影的遮掩干扰,改善二维图像质量,可减少外周血管疾病的漏诊现象。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of Real-Time Complex imaging in peripheral artery diseases. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of carotid and lower limb artery diseases were examined with Real-Time Complex imaging and results were compared with those of conventional ultrasound. Results Compared with conventional ultrasound, Real-Time Complex imaging could suppress the intra-vessels reverberation artifacts obviously, and increase the display rate of the soft spots, intima and medial thickness(IMT) of the front wall. With Real-Time Complex imaging, the micro-spots were found easily and differentiated with calcification spots which were shown more completely. As the posterior acoustic shadow was reduced, the small artery walls, spots and thrombosis could be directly displayed, the thrombosis in the small vein were easy to be differentiated from the reverberation artifacts. Conclusions Real-Time Complex imaging improves the image quality by suppressing the echo artifacts, and reducing the posterior a-coustic shadow. So it can increase the diagnostic rate of peripheral artery diseases.
