甘肃省独有少数民族原发性高血压患者与血管紧张素转化酶基因变异的关系

目的:探讨甘肃省2个独有少数民族(东乡族、裕固族)的血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)基因I/D变异是否为原发性高血压(EH)的遗传易感因素。方法:用聚合酶链方法分别检测了东乡族150例、裕固族45例EH患者及2个民族正常人群172例、58例的ACE基因16内含子I/D变异,并分析比较。结果:东乡族EH患者II、ID、DD基因型的分布频率分别是48·0%、34·0%、18·0%,正常血压者分别是47·1%、35·5%、17·4%;裕固族EH患者II、ID、DD基因型的分布频率分别是40·0%、35·6%、24·4%,正常血压者分别是43·1%、39·7%、17·2%。ACE基因的基因型及等位基因分布在EH患者与正常血压者中差异无统计学意义。但ACE基因的DD基因型和D等位基因频率有随年龄增长而逐渐下降的趋势。结论:ACE基因I/D变异可能不是甘肃省2个独有少数民族(东乡族、裕固族)EH的易感因素。

Relationship of ACE gene polymorphism with hypertension in Dongxiang and Yugu ethnic minorities

Objective:To investigate if the ACE gene polymorphism is associated with essential hypertension in Gansu Dongxiang and Yugu population. Method:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique was used to detect the ACE gene polymorphism.The study covered 150 hypertensives and 172 controls of Dongxiang ethnic minorities with 45 hypertensive and 58 controls of Yugu ethnic minorities. Result:The frequencies of ACE II, ID, DD genotypes in Dongxiang hypertensive and that in control were 48.0%,34.0%,18.0% and 47.1%,35.5%,17.4%,respectively.The frequencies of ACE II, ID, DD genotypes in Yugu hypertensive and that in control were 40.0%,35.6 %,24.4% and 43.1%,39.7 %,17.2%,respectively.There was no significant difference in genotypes between hypertensive and controls. The DD genotype and D allele showed a tendency to decrease with the increase of age. Conclusion:The hypertension in Dongxiang and Yugu population was not associated with ACE gene polymorphism.
