| 摘 要： | [目的]了解门诊就诊人员梅毒感染情况。[方法]对就诊人员的血清进行TRUST检测。[结果]就诊人员的TRUST阳性率为27.11%,其中男性阳性率为15.78%,女性阳性率为33.84%。两者差异有统计学意义。[结论]应加强对性病门诊就诊人员的血清学监测和安全性行为的教育,有效预防和控制梅毒的传播、蔓延。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the infection condition of syphilis among the clients of the out-patient clinic.MethodsThe TRUST test was done with the clients' blood sera.ResultsThe positive rate of TRUST test was 27.11%,that for male and female were 15.78%,33.84% respectively.The diffierence was significant.ConclusionsThe serum detection of the clients in the out patient clinic for STDS and the education of safe sexual behavior should be reinforced to prevent and control the transmission of syphilis effectively. |
