不同生理阶段子宫内膜癌的临床特点

目的探讨育龄期、围绝经期与绝经后期子宫内膜癌的临床特点、诊治及预后影响因素。方法对照分析13例育龄期、43例围绝经期和84例绝经后期子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料、对临床症状、临床分期、手术病理分期及治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果育龄期组主要表现为月经异常，占53．8％、围绝经期组与绝经后期组均以异常的阴道流血为主要表现，分别占62．8％和92．9％，育龄期、围绝经期与绝经后期的腺癌分别占84．6％、83．7％和81．0％。育龄期、围绝经期与绝经后期的Ⅰ期病人分别占76．9％、74．4％和56．0％。G1级在育龄期组、围绝经期组与绝经后期组中分别占69．2％65．1％和50．0％。育龄期组（84．6％）和围绝经期组（77．4％）的〈1／2肌层浸润者明显多于绝经后期（38．1％）（P〈0．05）。结论育龄期组、围绝经期组与绝经后期组子宫内膜癌都以腺癌为主，细胞分化都以高分化为主。重视异常阴道流血，可提高子宫内膜癌临床早诊率和早治率。育龄期的子宫内膜癌发生不容忽视。

Clinical characteristics of endometrial carcinoma in patients of different physiological stages
