内皮细胞表达孕酮受体的分子生物学证据

摘    要:本研究检测孕酮受体在人内皮细胞上的基因表达。包括RT-PCR检测分离的脐静脉内皮细胞以及用地高辛标记的RNA探针进行原位杂交观察在周期子宫内膜及肌层中血管内皮细胞上的表达。结果显示脐静脉内皮细胞、子宫内膜及肌层血管内皮细胞均有孕酮受体mRNA的表达。

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression of progesterone receptor(PR)mRNA in the human endothelial cells. Methods: (1)The expression of PR mRNA in isolated endothelial cells from the umbilical vein by means of RT PCR.(2) The expression of PR mRNA in human endometrial and myometrial endothelial cells by in situ hybridization with digoxinin labeled RNA probe. Results: (1)PR RT PCR product of the expected size was detected in isolated endothelial cells.(2)In situ hybridization.The antisense probe detected the PR mRNA in the cyclic endometrial of myometrial endothelial cells.No difference was found between the cycles. Conclusion: PR mRNA is present in the human endothelial cells.
