氦氖激光联合黄芪注射液治疗老年肺心病合并呼吸衰竭

目的　观察氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)联合黄芪注射液治疗老年肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效。方法　将 6 2例老年肺心病急性发作期合并呼衰的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,对照组按内科常规治疗 ,治疗组在此基础上加用ILIB及黄芪注射液静滴治疗 ,观察治疗前后两组在动脉血气分析、血液流变学及血清免疫球蛋白方面的变化。结果　治疗组PaO2 、PaCO2 改善程度明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血液流变学5项指标及血清免疫球蛋白治疗组治疗后较治疗前有明显改变 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1) ,对照组治疗前后无明显改变。结论　老年肺心病急性发作期伴呼衰患者在常规药物治疗基础上加用ILIB及黄芪注射液治疗具有改善缺氧和二氧化碳潴留 ,降低血液粘稠度及改善机体免疫功能的作用。

Clinical observation on effects of He-Ne laster intravascular irradiation(ILIB) and astragalus membranaceus in the elderly patient with pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ILIB and astragalus membranaceus in the treatment of elderly patients with acute attack stage of pulmonay heart disease and respiratory failure.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with acute attack stage of pulmonay heart disease were randomly divided into the teatment group and control group.The control group receiving the treatment of convention drups.The treatment group receving ILIB and astragalus membranaceus in addition.The arterial blood gas,blood viscvsity and serum immunoglobulin were examined and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results In the treatment group.The changes of PaO 2 and PaCO 2 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Significant different existed in the changs of blood viscosity and seium immunogbulin before and after treatment(P<0.05 or 0.01).In the contrastive group,these were't obvious changes.Conclusion It is shown that routine drugs with ILIB and astraglus membranaceus may improve the retention of CO 2 and hypoxia,microcibculation,and the lmmune function for elderly patient with acute attack stage of pulmonay heart disease.
