广东省AIDS患者住院费用调查

目的 通过对广东省艾滋病(AIDS)患者的就诊及住院费用的调查，估算出AIDS患者年住院费用，为今后制定政策提供依据。方法 采用回顾性病案调查和现场访谈的方法。结果 调查1995～2001年AIDS住院患者80人，住院100次，平均每人住院次数为1.3次。患者每次住院天数中位数为18天，每次日均住院费用中位数为532.2元人民币(下同)，年住院费用在4960.4～18675.5元，平均为12453.5元。抗病毒联合抗感染治疗年住院费用最高为18675.5元，只做姑息疗法的年住院费用最低为4960.4元。结论 过高的医疗费用，已经远远地超出AIDS患者的经济负荷能力。建议尽早开展对AIDS患者的医疗救治和生活救助活动。

A study on the hospitalization expenditures of AIDS patients in Guangdong Province

Objective To study the hospitalization expenditure of AIDS patients in Guangdong Province,and to provide basis for future policy making.Method Retrospective case study as well as field interviews were applied.Result The numbers of hospitalized AIDS patients and the number of hospitalization times during 1995 through 2001 were 80 and 100,respectively,with an average number of hospitalization times of 1.3 per case.The median duration of hospitalization for an AIDS patient was 18 days,with a median cost per day of RMB 532.2 Yuan.The total hospitalization expenditure for the AIDS patients in Guangdong Province was between RMB 4 960.4 and 18 675.5 Yuan per year per capita.The average hospitalization expenditure was RMB 12 453.5 yuan.For a single patient with anti-virus treatment,the hospitalization expenditure per year per capita was RMB 18 675.5 Yuan.Conclusion The excessive medical expenditure was beyond the burden of AIDS patients.Medical care and life promotion measures should be enhanced for them.
