肝脏特异性造影剂在MR中的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨肝脏特异性造影剂(Ferider)在MR增强扫描中的应用价值及安全性。材料与方法:对24例CT或B超怀疑肝脏占位的患者进行Feriex增强前、后的MRT2WI对比扫描,测量增强前后的肝脏、病灶、腰大肌及背景噪声的信号强度;计算出肝脏及病灶增强前、后的信号强度变化百分比;观察患者的生命体征变化及过敏反应情况。结果:经Feriex增强后正常肝脏的信号强度明显下降,恶性病变的信号强度变化不明显,因此使病灶显示与日俱增清晰;良性病变的信号强度呈不同程度的下降,且下降程度低于正常肝脏组织,从而鉴别良、恶性病变。24例患者无1例发生过敏反应。结论:Feriex作为一种新型的肝脏阴性造影剂,对肝脏的特异性强,敏感性高,对肝脏的良、恶性病变的鉴别有重要意义,使用安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the applicated value and safety in liver enhanced scan of Feridex.Methods:Before and after the injection of Fefidex. We have MR T 2WI scans of 24 patients suspected of liver occupational lesion by CT or B ultrasound examination. Then compare the MR signal intensity of liver. Spleen lesionand other background noise before and after enhancement. Observe the change of life signs and hypersensitivity of the 24 patients.Results:After enhancement, the intensity of normal liver and spleen's MR signal decrease promptly while the signal of malignant lesions show no change which make the lesions clearer. However the benign lesions show different decreasing of MR signal intensity which is not obvious compared with normal liver tissues. Thus,we can differentiate the malignant and benign lesions of liver. There is no case of hypersensitivity in this group.Conclusion: As a new type of hepatic negative contrast media, Feridex has higher diagnostic specialty and sensitivity and better differentiation to malignant and benign lesions,it is better safety and reliability.
