摘    要:目的研究化疗药物阿霉素抗癌作用与癌细胞凋广的关系及意义。方法应用流式细胞仪、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜动态观察阿霉素对体外培养的人肝癌细胞BEL-7402的生长抑制作用与细胞凋亡的关系。结果阿霉素可阻滞人肝癌细胞BEL-7402从G0/G1期进入S期,诱导细胞凋亡。结论本研究显示阿霉素抗癌作用与诱导细胞凋亡有关。应用流式细胞仪、激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察细胞凋亡是有效、可行的方法。

Abstract:To study the relallonship between the antitumor action of adriamycin and apoptosis. Metbods We used the flow cytometry, confocal scaning laser microscopy to observe the effects of adriamycin on DNA synthesis and apoptosis induction of tumor cells and to explore the mechanism of anti tumor drugs. Results Adriamycin may prevent human hepatoma cells going from G0 /G1 stage into S stage and induce apoptosis. Conclusion This study indicates that adriamycin can induce human hepatoma cells apoptosis. Using flow cytometery,confocal scaning laser microscopy to observe the effects of durgs on apoptosis of tumor cells is an effective and valuable method.
