晕可消对椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者TCD、SPECT的影响

目的:观察中药复方晕可消对椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕(VBIV)患者TCD、SPECT的影响。方法:120例VBIV患者随机分为晕可消治疗组(观察组)和眩晕停治疗组(对照组)各60例,所有患者于治疗前后通过TCD检测椎动脉及基底动脉平均血流速度并进行比较;观察组中15例患者接受了治疗前后的SPECT检测。结果:VBIV患者普遍呈现椎基底动脉血流速度减慢,观察组与对照组治疗后血流速度均有显著提高(P<0.01和0.05),同时观察组较对照组效果更加明显(P<0.05)。15例接受SPECT检查的观察组患者中14例呈现不同程度局部脑血流(rCBF)减低或缺失,晕可消治疗后缺血灶总数目下降,低灌注灶有不同程度充填。结论:晕可消可提高VBIV患者椎基底动脉平均血流速度并改善其脑血流灌注。

Effects of Yunkexiao on TCD and SPECT of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency Vertigo Patients

Objective:To observe the effects of Yunkexiao on TCD and SPECT of vertebrobasilar in sufficiency vertigo(VBIV)patients.Methods:120VBIV patients were randomly divided into the observation group(Yunkexiao group,n=60)and the control group(Difenidol group,n=60).Average blood flow velocities(Vm)of vertebral artery and basilar artery were detected before and after treatment by TCD,and then they were compared with each other.15patients in observation group also accepted SPECT detection before and after treat-ment.Results:Vm of vertebro-basilar artery in VBIV patients was generally slow.Vm was significantly increased both in observation group and control group after treatment (P<0.01and P<0.05),meanwhile improved Vm in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In 15patients accepted SPECT exami nation,14showed decreased even absent regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)to different extent.Through the tre atment of Yunkexiao,the total numbers of isch emic focus was decreased and low perfusion focuses were filled partly.Conclusion:Yunkexiao may increase vertebrobasilar Vm and improve rCBF of VBIV patients.
