高效液相色谱法测定清热养阴丸中哈巴俄苷的含量

目的：建立清热养阴丸的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为SHIMADZU VP—ODS C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-1％醋酸溶液流动相梯度洗脱；检测波长为278nm；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；柱温40℃。结果：哈巴俄苷在5～80μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=1．0000）；平均加样回收率为99．38％，RSD=0．6％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of Harpagoside in Qingre Yangyin Pills by HPLC

Objective： To develop a method for determination of harpagoside in qingre yangyin pills by HPLC. Method ： The SHIMADZU VP-ODS C 18 column （250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was used, The mobilic phase was acetonitrile-1% acetic acid solution with gradient elution ; The detection wave length was at 278 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 ml·minl^-1 ;The column temperature was 40℃. Result： The calibration curve of harpagoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 5 - 80 μg· mll^ - 1 （ r = 1. 000 0） ; The average recovery rate was 99. 38% ,the RSD was 0. 6% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and with good reproductive, It can be used for quality control of this preparation.
