| 摘 要： | 牙周感染有增加人罹患动脉粥样硬化及其相关疾病的危险性,因此,揭示其潜在机制对于动脉粥样硬化及其后遗症的防治措施和治疗手段有重要意义。本文将从牙周炎的毒力因子、对内皮的侵袭、全身炎性反应等方面对动脉粥样硬化形成和发展的作用做一介绍。

| Abstract: | Periodontal infections may increase the risk of atherosclerosis and related events in humans,Thus,revealing the underlying mechanisms is important for the design of preventive and therapeutic strategies targeting atherosclerotic vascular disease and its sequelae.The mechanisms,including the ability of direct vascular damage,the role of microbial virulence factors and systemic inflammation,are proposed to explain the influence of periodontal disease in the development and progression of the atherosclerosis and reviewed in this paper. |
