野生及人工种植山茱萸强心抗心律失常药理作用比较

目的：观察野生及人工栽培山茱萸的强心、抗心率失常作用并进行比较研究,为临床合理选药提供实验依据。方法：采用在体心脏心肌实验法比较野生和人工栽培山茱萸的强心作用;比较野生和人工栽培山茱萸对氯化钙诱导大鼠心律失常的预防及拮抗作用。结果：野生和人工栽培山茱萸提高在体心脏心肌收缩力增加值分别是（3.960±0.582）g和（3.915±0.228）g;注射氯化钙后大鼠的死亡率分别是10%和20%。野生及人工栽培山茱萸的强心、抗心律失常作用无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：野生及人工栽培山茱萸在临床使用上不会有质的影响,临床上应逐步消除对人工栽培山茱萸的偏见。

Comparison of Pharmacological Effects on Cardiotonic and Anti-Arrhythmia Between Wild Fructus Corni and Plantation Fructus Corni

Objective：To observe the actions on cardiotonic and anti-arrhythmia of wild fructus corni and plantation fructus corni and make the comparison. Methods：Myocardial experiment method in vivo was adopted to compare cardiotonic and prevention and antagonism between wild fructus corni and plantation fructus corni on arrhythmia induced by calcium chloride in rats. Results：The amplitudes of myocardial contractility improved in vivo with wild and plantation fructus corni administered were （3.960±0.582） g and （3.915±0.228）g respectively ; the morality was 10% and 20% respectively after injection of calcium chloride in rats.There was no significant difference in cardiotonic and anti-arrhythmia actions between wild fructus corni and plantation one（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：There is no substantial impacts on clinical application of either wild fructus corni or plantation one.Hence,the prejudices on plantation fructus corni should be removed gradually in clinical medication.
