SARS与医院危机管理

目的 2003年我国遭受了一场大范围的SARS病毒袭击，而且这一突发公共卫生事件已引发了一场社会危机。而医院作为在疾病防治等公共卫生领域发挥重要作用的组成部分，如何加强危机管理，以应对突发的公共卫生事件及其他危机事件已成为医院管理者必须研究的重要课题。方法 笔者从分析医院危机管理的概念入手，提出危机管理的内容应包括健全医院危机管理组织体系；建立医院危机预测机制；建立良好的信息沟通渠道。结果 一旦发生危机，医院危机处理的策略运用应包括：调查和发现危机；隔绝和处理危机；危机的修复管理。

SARS and Crisis Management in Hospitals

Recently SARS attacked us seriously. As a public health incident, SARS caused a society crisis. Hospitals maked important role in the field of public health.In this article, the author introduced the intention of crisis management, illustrated significance of improving crisis management in hospitals, and put forward content of crisis management as improving crisis management mechanism, enhancing crisis forecast, creating smooth information communicating way. The author also explained when crisis occurring the strategy of crisis management in hospitals as investing and finding crisis, isolating and handling crisis and renovating management of crisis.
