255例剖宫产术子宫切口撕裂伤的临床分析

目的：探讨剖宫产术子宫下段横切口撕裂伤的相关因素及预防措施。方法：回顾性分析2001年-2006年施行子宫下段横切口剖宫产术4192例病例资料。结果：子宫下段横切口撕裂伤255例，发生率6．17％，持续性枕后位、持续性枕横位、胎先露≥±3cm、产妇第二产程、巨大胎儿者子宫切口撕裂发生率明显增加。结论：产妇产程、胎儿体重、胎方位、胎先露高低与子宫切口撕裂伤有关。

Clinical analysis of 255 cases of cesarean laceration of uterus incision

Objective：Discuss correlation factor and protection measures of laceration of transverse incision of lower uterine segment in cesarean section. Methods ：Retrospective analysis on information of 4 192 cases underwent cesarean section with transverse incision of lower uterine segment during 2001 to 2006. Results ：With 255 cases having laceration of transverse incision of lower uterine segment, occurrence rate was 6. 17%. The occurrence rate was markedly increased with persistent occipito-posterior position,persistent occipito-transverse position,fetus presentation equal to or more than 3 cm, under second stage of labor ,or macrosomia fetus. Conclusion：Laceration of uterus incision was related to stages of labor ,fetus body weight ,fetus position and degree of fetus presentation.
