胶囊内镜对小肠疾病的诊断价值

目的：探讨胶囊内镜诊断小肠疾病的应用价值。方法：分析总结25例怀疑小肠疾病患者行Given胶囊内镜检查的临床资料。结果：25例受检者中发现小肠息肉3例，小肠血管畸形5例（其中并出血2例），小肠克罗恩病1例，小肠炎症8例，回肠憩室1例，小肠钩虫病1例，阴性6例，小肠病变检出率为76％；同时检出胃溃疡1例，结肠溃疡1例。胶囊内镜平均检查时间为473min，平均排出时间为2．3d。结论：胶囊内镜检查操作简单、安全无创伤，尤其适用于年老体弱或不能耐受有创性检查的患者。对不明原因消化道出血或腹痛患者具有较高的诊断价值，可以作为小肠疾病首选检查方法。

Diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy examination on intestinal disease

Objective：To evaluate the application of capsule endoscopy in small bowel diseases. Methods.. Given capsule endoscopy was performed in 25 patients. All clinical data were collected for this study. Results .In 25 patients, 3 were found with polyp,5 with vascular malformation（2 with hemorrhage）and anotherl with Crohn＇s disease,8 with enteritis and another 1 with diverticula. 1 with aneylostomiasis of small intestinal and 6 cases showed positive. The overall detection was 76%. 1 patient was detected with gastric ulcer and another 1 with colic ulcer. Given capsule endoscopy have working time 473 min. The duration from oral to anus was 2.3 days averagely. Conclusion ：Capsule endoscopy has the advantages of simple operation, higher safety and freedom of injury. It is especially favorable to the elderly or those are imappropriate to undergo the routine endoscopy, it can be recommended as the primary diagnosis in the suspectable small bowel diseases,especially in the obscure gastrointestinal bleeding and abdominal pain.
