可视无痛人工流产术的临床观察及护理

目的：患者在短效静脉麻醉下40s进入睡眠状态，在可视技术引导下几分钟内安全彻底地完成手术。方法：187例患者均能在无痛状态下进行人工流产术，观察术前、术中、术后收缩压、舒张压、心率和呼吸的变化。结果：术中收缩压、舒张压和呼吸显著小于对应的麻醉前值，与麻醉前相比差异有显著性，术中心率显著高于麻醉前，与麻醉前相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：可视无痛人工流产术可以缩短手术时间，减少手术损伤，使患者手术更安全、更彻底、更轻松。

The clinical observation and nursing of a visual painless induced abortion

Objective：The patients get sleeping in 40 seconds under the short-acting intravenous anesthesia and complete an induced abortion in a few minutes under the guidance of the visual technology. Methods：All the 187 patients can complete an induced abortion in a state of pain-free. We observe the difference of systolic blood pressure ,diastolic blood pressure ,heart rate and breathing of patients before ,during and after the operation. Results：As to the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and breathing, significant differences were noted between the two groups. The results are lower in anesthesia group than non narcotic one. The heart rate get the opposite result with significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The visual painless induced abortion can shorten the operation time and reduce the surgical injury ,so that the patients can complete an induced abortion earlier ,safer and more thorough ,more easily.
