73例宫颈癌放疗后的CT征象分析

目的：分析宫颈癌放疗中与放疗后宫颈肿瘤与盆腔非肿瘤软组织的CT改变。方法：对73例宫颈癌放疗前、中、后的CT改变进行回顾性分析。结果：放疗中、放疗结束后、放疗结束后3个月分别有4，0，0例肿瘤无缩小，64，40，13例肿瘤不同程度缩小，5，33，57例肿瘤消失，放疗可引起盆腔区域多个软组织、器官的异常CT改变，包括膀胱、直肠壁增厚，脏器周围间隙条索状影，部分纤维化。结论：CT扫描对宫颈癌放疗疗效评价有重要价值。

Analysis of the CT signs of 73 cases with cervical cancer after radiotherapy

Objective：To study the radiation-induced changes of carcinoma lesion and non-tumor tissues and organs of pelvis in patients with cervical cancer on CT scanning in during and after radiotherapy. Methods：To review the CT findings of 73 cases with cervical cancer before ,during,and aster radiotherapy. Results ：Efficiency of radiotherapy ：during,after,after 3 mouths radiotherapy,tumor volume showed no changes in 4,0,0 patients, shrinkage in 64, 40,13 patients,disappearance in 5,33,57. Radiotherapy can cause pelvic region than soft tissue,organ abnormal CT changes,including the bladder,rectum thickening,perivascular space organ cord-like video,some fibrosis. Conclusion： CT scanning is of great value in evaluating the effectiveness of radiotherapy in cervical cancer.
