经食管超声心动图引导房间隔缺损封堵治疗的研究

目的探讨经食管超声心动图引导房间隔缺损封堵术的方法。方法122例房间隔缺损患者，年龄10～65岁，男性36例，女性86例，在超声和X线共同监测引导下，用CardioSEAL和Amplatzer封堵器进行房间隔缺损封堵治疗。122例均经食管超声监测引导。结果经胸超声测定的房间隔缺损直径范围7.5～27mm，平均(16.5±4.3)mm，经食管超声测定的直径6～33mm，包括7例大于30mm，所有患者均有不同程度的右心房和右心室扩大。114例封堵治疗成功，无并发症发生。结论采用Amplatzer或CadrioSEAL封堵器，在经食管或经胸超声和X线共同监测引导下，可以安全有效地封堵治疗房间隔缺损。

sefulness and safety of transesophageal echocardiography guiding transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect

Objective　To evaluate the efficiency,safety and complications of transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) under the guidance of transesophageal echocardiography. Methods　One hundred and twenty-two cases of ASD, 36 male and 86 female, age ranged from 10-65 years old, underwent transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect with CardioSEAL and Amplatzer occluders. All cases were guided by transesophageal echocardiography. Results　The diameter of ASD was 7.5-27 (mean 16.5±4.3) mm measured by transthoracic echocardiography, and 6-33 mm (7 cases ≥30 mm) by transesophageal echocardiography. Different degree of dilatation of right atrial and ventricles was observed in all cases. 114 cases were successfully occluded with satisfactory results. No complications occurred. Conclusion　Transcatheter closure of ASD can be performed safely and effectively with Amplatzer or CardioSEAL occluders under the guidance of transesophageal or transthoracic echocardiography and X-ray monitoring.
