黛力新在治疗心肌梗死后伴发抑郁症的疗效观察

目的观察黛力新治疗心肌梗死后伴发抑郁症的疗效。方法将心肌梗死后伴抑郁症患者随机分为常规治疗（对照组）85例和黛力新＋常规治疗（治疗组）85例。治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上加服黛力新10.5mg,2次/d,共6周;对照组在常规药物治疗的基础上加辅酶Q10治疗。在治疗前后分别评定抑郁量表及临床症状及心电图。结果治疗组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分显著下降,临床症状及心电图等指标明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论常规药物联合黛力新治疗心肌梗死后伴抑郁症安全、有效。

Efficacy of Deanxit in treating the patients with myocardial infarction and depression

Objective To observe the efficacy of Deanxit in treating the patients with myocardial infarction and depression.Methods The patients with myocardial infarction and depression were randomly devided into two groups,both in addtion to regular medicine,the treatment group was treated with Deanxit 10.5 mg,Bid,total 6 weeks;the constrast group was treated with Co Q10,10 mg,Bid,total 6 weeks too.Hamilton depression scale marks and clinical symptoms were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results Hamilton depression scale marks of the treatment group lowered significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Deanxit combining with regular medicine is a safe and effective method to treat the patients with myocardial infarction and depression.
