摘    要:目的 评价一种新型的超高分子量聚-DL-乳酸(PDLLA)材料的生物安全性。方法参照SIO10993的要求,对PDLLA材料进行细胞毒性试验、急性全身毒性试验、致敏试验、溶血试验和Ames试验。结果 PDLLA材料无细胞毒性作用、无致敏性、无急性全身毒性反应、无明显的溶血现象以及Ames试验无致突变性。结论 该超高分子量聚-DL-乳酸具有良好的生物相容性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the biological safety for a new kind of ultra macromolecule PDLLA. Methods According to ISO 10993 documents, the cytotoxicity test, acute systemic toxicity test, sensitization test, haemolysis test and Ames test were investigated. Results There were no cytotoxicity, no acute systemic toxicity, no sensitivity, almost no obvious heamolysis, and no mutagenicity in Ames test. Conclusion There was a good biocompatibility for this kind of ultra macromolecule PDLLA material.
