| 摘 要： | 本文调查证明农药接触同高血压、低血压、贫血、心律不齐、肝炎、肾炎、慢支炎、哮喘、精神疾患、多发性神经炎和皮炎等十一种常见病的发生有关系。常年使用农药的１２８５３人中１５０９人（１１．７４％）患病，对照１１５４人中９１人（７．８９％）患病。其间差显著（ｘ＾２＝１７．３２，Ｐ＜０．０００５）。工龄、年龄均与患病率明显相关（ｒ１＝０．８９１，ｒ２＝０．９５５，Ｐ＜０．０００５）。工龄一患病率回归直线斜率

| Abstract: | n this
investigation,the relationshlp between pesticides exposure and the morbidity rateof 11 kinds of
coinmon diseases ashypertension, hypotonia, aneamia,arrnytnmia,hepatitis,nephritis, chronic
bronchitis, wheezing, psychosis, polyneuritis had been demonstrated. 11.74% (1509/12853) of
farmers exposed to pesticides wer ill, while 7. 84 % (91/1154 )of controlfarmers were ill.
Different in both groups was markedly , X2 = 17. 32 ,P<0. 0005.There weresignificant correlation
(P<0. 0005)between the morbidity rate of common diseases and pesti-cides exposure years(r1 =
0. 891) and agelevel of farmers (r2 = 0. 9953. The slope of regres-sion linear of morbidity rate
years of pesticides exposure (b1 = 0.826)was markedly morethan that of morbidity rate age -
level of farmers (b2 = 0. 313), t = 3. 849 , P<0. 002. Themorbidity rate of smoking group was
much more than that of nosmoking group . X2=4. 62 ,P<0. 01. |
