摘    要:目的 探讨免疫电镜胶体金技术在大肠癌细胞GST -Pi定位中的应用及某些关键技术环节的处理。方法 应用免疫电镜胶体金技术对 6例大肠癌及 3例正常大肠粘膜细胞进行GST -Pi的定位观察。结果 大肠粘膜细胞结构清晰 ,金颗粒呈团状、点灶状分布 ,特异性强 ,无非特异性散在金颗粒。结论 免疫电镜金标记技术是大肠癌细胞GST -Pi超微结构定位的有效方法。对某些关键性技术环节的处理是获得理想免疫金染色切片的保证。

Abstract:Objective To explore the signifivance of the ultrastructural localization of glutathione S-transferase-pi (GST-Pi) in human colorectal cancer cells, and treatment of some key techniques on this method. Method Use Colloid gold lkabelling adn immunoelectron microscope technique was sits observed in 6 cases human clolrectal cancer cells and 3 cases human normal colorectal cells. Results The construction of colorectal mucosa was clear. GST-Pi colloid gold particles were distributed in spotty group in colorectal adenocarcinoma.Conclusion Colloid gold labelling and immunoelectron microscope technique is valid sit method in human colorectal cancer cells GST-Pi. The managing of some of the key techniques is the guarantee.
