抗病毒颗粒体外抑制呼吸道合胞病毒的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨抗病毒颗粒对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的体外抑制作用。方法采用细胞培养技术,以病毒唑为阳性对照药,观察抗病毒颗粒在人喉癌传代细胞(Hep-2)中对RSV的抑制作用。结果在Hep-2细胞中,抗病毒颗粒CC50为9.05,EC50为0.62,TI为2.085,且对RSV抑制作用存在明显的量-效关系。结论抗病毒颗粒在Hep-2细胞中对RSV有明显抑制作用。

Experimental Research of Kangbingdu Particles inhibition Respiratory Syncytial Virus in Vitro

Abstract:Objective: To observe the inhibition role of the Kangbingdu Particles to respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in vitro. Methods: Used cell culture technology, As a positive control drug ribavirin, observed the inhibition role of the Kangbingdu Particles to RSV in the human larynx passage cells (Hep - 2). Results: In Hep - 2 cells, the CC50 of the Kangbingdu Particles was 9.05, EC50 was 0.62, TI was 2. 085 and there was an obvious dose - response relationship on inhibiting RSV. Conclusion: Kangbingdu particles can inhibite the RSV in Hep - 2 cells significantly.
