| 摘 要： | [目的]观察葛根素对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。[方法]本组172例心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用阿司匹林、β_2受体阻断剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用葛根素葡萄糖液250mL。[结果]葛根素治疗组心绞痛及心电图改善总有效率优于对照组。[结论]葛根素治疗冠心病心绞痛临床毒副作用少,疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To observe the puerarin on angina pectoris. [ Methods ] 172 cases of angina were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group, aspirin, 132 receptor blocker therapy, the treatment group were based on the use of puerarin glucose infusion 250mL. [ Results ] puerarin group angina pectoris and to improve the overall efficiency than the control group. [ Conclusion ] Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical puerarin fewer side effects, effective and convenient. |
