剖宫产术后应用镇痛泵对尿管拔除时间影响的探讨

目的:探讨剖宫产术后使用镇痛泵对尿管拔除时间的影响。方法:将135例剖宫产术后使用镇痛泵持续镇痛48h的产妇随机分为A、B、C3组,每组45例,分别于剖宫产术后24h、36h、48h拔除尿管,并对她们的排尿情况进行观察。结果:A组产妇排尿成功率(51.1%)明显低于B组(95.6%)与C组(97.8%),差异均具有极显著性意义(P均<0.01)。B组与C组产妇排尿成功率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后持续镇痛48h的产妇,拔除尿管的合适时机为术后36h。

Influence of extradual analgesia on urinary retention after cesarean section

Objective To investigate the influence of using extradual analgesia on urinary retention after cesarean section and find the best moment for withdrawing catheterization. Method 135 patients who underwent cesarean section and using extradual analgesia for 48 hours were assigned to group A, B and C. Urination of the 2 groups was observed at 24, 36 and 48 hours after cesarean section. Results The urinary success rate of group A was significant higher than group B and C(P<0.01 ), while the difference between group B and C did not has statistically significance(P>0.05). Conclusion It is best to withdraw catheterization 36 hours after cesarean section when extradual analgesia is used for 48 hours.
