| 摘 要： | Dear Professor Sue Duckies, Dear Professor Vanhouttee, Ladies and Gentlemen： Good afternoon ! The programs of 15^th World Congress of Pharmacology have been finished completely. It means that this scientific meeting accomplished one＇s mission. More than 3127 participants from 64 countries including invited speakers, delegates for post section, accompanying persons, exhibitors and so on joined in the meeting. Organizer supported 30 participants from 9 countries. 23 plenary lectures, over 264 invited lectures in 55 symposia and 5 workshops have been presented in this congress. More than 2600 posters involved over 42 important subjects also presented. The scientific reports summarized the fields of all pharmacology and related course of study. Most of oresented articles reflected the congress theme. ＂Pharmacology in the 21st Century： a Bridge between the Past and the New Molecular Frontiers＂. We also had additional programs including the EPHAR Mini - Symposium, British Pharmacological Society 75^th Anniversary Plenary Lecture, Canada Award Lecture, Danish Lecture, and so on. These special activities presented rich and interesting programs.
