| 摘 要： | 探讨中医药治疗血精的方法和优势。简述古代医家对本病的认识，总结本病的病因病机及当代医家对本病的认识。辨证论治是中医学的特点，也是治疗本病的优势。临床常见证型有阴虚火旺型、湿热下注型、脾肾气虚型和瘀血阻滞型。

| Abstract: | To explore the treatment method and advantage of Chinese medicine on blood essence.Briefly describes the ancient medical knowledge of the disease,and summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of this dis-ease.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine,which is also an ad-vantage in the treatment of the disease.Common clinical symptoms include fire excess from Yin deficiency,down-ward flow of damp-heat type,spleen and kidney deficiency and blood stasis blocking type. |
