| 摘 要： | 目的：分析男性不育症患者精液中解脲支原体（UU）和抗精子抗体（AsAb）对精液参数的影响，并探讨精液AsAb和UU感染的关系。方法：收集男性不育症患者283例，采用计算机辅助分析系统行精液常规分析（CASA），用DNA体外扩增原位杂交术（PCR）检测精液UU，采用混合抗球蛋白反应试验（mixed antiglobulin reaction，MAR）检测精液AsAb。结果：UU 和AsAb 阳性组精子活力均较UU 和AsAb 阴性组下降，而两组之间精子密度无显著差异。AsAb阳性组中UU阳性率显著高于AsAb阴性组。UU阳性组经敏感抗生素治疗后精子活力显著改善，AsAb阳性率显著下降。讨论：UU和AsAb对精子运动主要参数有明显影响，是导致男性不育的重要因素，而UU是产生AsAb的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objectives：To analyze the effects of Ureaplasma Urealytium （UU）and antisperm antibody （AsAb）on semen parameters and to investigate the correlation between UU infection and AsAb in male infertility. Methods：283 cases of male infertility were selected.CASA was conducted using computer-aided analysis,semen UU was detected by DNA PCR and semen AsAb was detected by mixed antiglobulin reaction （MAR）.Results：Sperm motility in UU and AsAb positive group was lower than that in UU and AsAb negative group,without signifi-cant difference in sperm concentration.The positive rate of UU in the AsAb positive group was higher than that in the AsAb negative group.After treatment,the sperm motility was improved in UU positive group and the AsAb posi-tive rate decreased.Conclusion：UU and AsAb can affect main semen parameters such as sperm motiliy and may be important causes of male infertility.UU is one of the important factors causing AsAb. |
