男性抑郁症患者性功能状况调查分析

目的：对男性抑郁症患者病后性功能状况进行探讨。方法：对120例年龄28～56岁的男性抑郁症患者采用国际勃起功能指数问卷（IIEF-5）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD ）、简明性功能自评表（BSDSRS）和中国早泄患者性功能评价表（CISFPE）等量表进行评估。结果：①120例男性抑郁症患者合并出现性功能障碍有79例，合并发生率为65．8％；②抑郁症患者与性功能障碍共病组HAMD评分比非共病组高；③抑郁症患者HAMD评分与IIEF-5评分呈显著负相关（P＜0.01）；④曲唑酮与百解忧、赛乐特相比，对BSDSRS、IIEF-5、CISFPE三个性功能评定量表影响较小。结论：男性抑郁症患者合并性功能障碍的发病率高，多数抗抑郁药物在改善抑郁症状的同时并不能改善性功能情况，与其他抗抑郁药物相比，曲唑酮对性功能的影响较小。

Investigation on the sexual function of male patients with depression

Objectives：To observe the sexual function of male patients with depression after treatment. Methods：IIEF-5,HAMD,BSDSRS and CISFPE were used to evaluate the sexual function of 1 20 male patients with de-pression,whose age was between 28 and 56.Results：①there were 79 cases with sexual dysfunction combined with de-pression,with an incidence rate of 65.8%.②the HAMD score of the combination group with depression and sexual dys-function was higher than that of non-combination group.③ HAMD score and IIEF-5 score of patients with depression was obviously negative related （P〈0.01 ）.④Compared with melancholy and seroxat,trazodone had the least influence on BSDSRS,IIEF-5 and CISFPE.Conclusion：The incidence rate of sexual dysfunction for male patients with depression is high,and most antidepressant drugs can’t improve the sexual function while improving depression symptoms.Compared with other antidepressant drugs,trazodone has the least influence on patients’sexual function.
