经上泪道球头硅胶管逆植治疗鼻泪管阻塞致慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效

目的探讨经上泪道球头硅胶管逆植治疗鼻泪管阻塞致慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对23例（24只眼）鼻泪管阻塞致慢性泪囊炎患者行逆植球头硅胶管治疗。结果术后随访平均7个月，24眼中22眼治愈（1眼术后3月硅胶管脱落，经再次植入后治愈），1眼好转，1眼总泪小管狭窄阻塞无效，治愈好转率占95．83％。结论经上泪道球头硅胶管逆植治疗鼻泪管阻塞致慢性泪囊炎有独特的疗效，治愈率高，是目前较为理想的手术方法。

Clinical effects of planting Silicone tubes with spherical end through superior canaliculus lacrimal for the treatment of chronic dacryoadenitis with simple naso-lacrimal duct blockage

Objective To study the treatment effects of chronic dacryoadenitis with simple naso-lacrimal duct blockage by inverse planting Silicone tubes with spherical end through superior canaliculus lacrimal.Methods 23 cases (24 eyes)of chronic dacryoadenitis with simple naso-lacrimal duct blockage were treated by inverse planting Silicone tubes with spherical end. Results All patientswere followed 7 monthsinaverage after operation .Among 24 eyes 22 eyes were cured(1 eyes by second operation after planted 3 months was cured),1 eyes were improved,1 eyes had no effect,The cured and improved rate was reached to 95.83%.Conclusion inverse planting Silicone tubes with spherical end through superior canaliculus lacrimal is a perfect operating method for chronic dacryoadenitis with simple naso-lacrimal duct blockage With high cure rate in present.
