| 摘 要： | 作者借助髋关节骨关节炎（ＯＡ）实验动物模型、观察到：（１）关节软骨钙化层在负重区分布最厚，非负重区最薄。（２）ＯＡ严重度和钙化层厚度呈正相关，和软骨非钙化软骨厚度呈负相关。（３）ＯＡ病理发展过程中具有非钙化软骨层变薄，钙化软骨层增厚，潮线前移等特征。该结果为分析ＯＡ病因及病理机制提供直接依据。

| Abstract: | Withtheexperimentalanimalmodelofosteoarthritis(OA),producedin30guineapigsbysectionofgluteusmediusandtheminimusmuscles,theauthorsobservedthat;(1)thecalcifiedlay-ersofthearticularsurfaceofthehipjointarethethickestintheloadedareas,butthethinnestintheunloadedareas;(2)apositiveregressionrelationshipexistsbetweenthethicknessofthecalcifiedlayerandtheseverityoftheOA,andthereisanegativeregressionlinebetweenthenoncalcifiedlayerandtheseverityinOA;(3)thethinningofthenoncalcifiedcartilageandthethickenningofthecalcifiedcarti-lagearealwaysassociatedwiththetidemarkadvancementwhicharebelievedtobethecharaacteristicsofOApathology. |
