| 摘 要： | 作者旨在说明关节镜下滑膜切除术是治疗早期滑膜炎的优选手术方法。作者从１９８３年２月～１９９２年１２月应用关节镜下滑膜切除术治疗各类滑膜炎，有随访资料的共８９例，１１１个关节。年龄１４～６０岁，平均３８岁。无一例感染，并在术后两周关节活动度恢复正常。随访２～１１年，平均５．９年，仅４例复发，其中２例再手术，疗效肯定。要获得良好的手术效果，必须注意病例的选择，和掌握手术技术。

| Abstract: | Theaarthorsproposedthatarthroscopicsynovectomyisthefirstselectionofthesurgicaltreatmentforearlycasesofsynovitisoftheknee.Thisgroupof89cases(111joints)consistedofdifer-entkindsofpathologyofthesynovialmembraneandwerealtreatedwithsynovectomyunderarthro-scopiccontrolfromFebruary1983toDecember1992.Theageofthepatientsrangedfrom14to60yearswithanaverageof38.Nocomplicationwasencountered.Thefolow-upperiodlastedfrom2to11yearswithanaverageof5.9years.fourcaseshadrecurrenceandreoperationwasdonein2cases.Ex-celentandgoodresultscloselydependuponthepropercaseselectionandperfectsurgicaltechnique. |
